Volume packages to suit everyone's needs
eCatcher SUBSCRIPTIONS
Once we have set up your sales questionnaire (for which we
charge you a seperate fixed fee), all you pay for are the pre-
qualified sales leads that eCatcher generates for you.
eCatcher subscriptions come in shapes and sizes to suit
everyone. You pay only for any
responses you receive above the free trial volume.
CREDITS
How is eCatcher priced? It works by credits. Each Volume
package provides credits for the number of completed sales
questionnaires. One completed sales questionnaire is one credit.
When a respondent completes and submits a questionnaire,
regardless of the outcome, this is one credit.
VALIDITY
Validity varies according to the size of the volume package. Volume
Packages of 250, 500 and 1000 credits are valid for six months from
the date of purchase. Volume Packages of 2500, 5000 and 10000
credits are valid for 12 months. A Volume Package of 25000 credits

Additional Volume Packages may be purchased at any time by
credit card or other method of payment.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You can monitor your credit by visiting the MySpace area of our
website when you log into your administrator account. You can
monitor your account activity here, view your current credit limit
and set your notification alerts to ensure you're always up to date
with your account information.
